An empowering class based on mixed martial arts (MMA) movements. Punch, kick, elbow and knee your way to fitness.
Pick up a set of dumbbells and get ready to work. Half the session focussed on lower strength, half on your upper body.
The classic circuits class. Move from one station to the next, working your entire body. Speed, strength, endurance and agility will be tested.
A lower impact class, but don't let that fool you. Slower, deliberate movements that focus on core strength and stability. This is all about good form.
Anything goes. Turn up and find out what awaits. Intense, challenging and rewarding. Sometimes you'll only need your body. Sometimes a bar. Sometimes a kettlebell. Always tough.
Bodyweight and resistance training. Intervals. We work on agility and strength. All moves can be modified or intensified. Get outside and work.
