We get outside on a Sunday morning and set ourselves up for the week ahead. This is a busy class, full of energy. Live and streamed.
Pick up a set of dumbbells and get ready to work. Half the session focussed on lower strength, half on your upper body.
The classic circuits class. Move from one station to the next, working your entire body. Speed, strength, endurance and agility will be tested.
