Refund, Cancellation, Terms & Conditions

Refund & Dispute Policy

At The Power Plant, we are committed to providing a professional, high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work towards a fair resolution.

Refunds

  • Payments for personal training sessions, bootcamps and coaching services are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
  • If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the payment. Genuine billing errors will be corrected promptly.
  • If a session or service is cancelled by The Power Plant and an alternative cannot be arranged, you will be offered either:
    • a full refund; or
    • the option to transfer your payment to another session or service.
  • Refund requests should be made by emailing us with your name, the date of purchase and details of the issue.

Disputes

If you have a concern regarding a payment, we ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

If a payment dispute (chargeback) is raised through your card provider, we will provide Stripe and the relevant financial institution with evidence of the booking, attendance records, correspondence and these Terms & Conditions where applicable.

Our aim is always to resolve disputes amicably and without unnecessary delay.

Cancellation Policy

Personal Training Sessions

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
  • Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice ("no-show") will normally result in the session being forfeited.

Group Bootcamp Sessions

  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the loss of that session from your package.

Memberships & Coaching

Where recurring memberships or coaching subscriptions are offered:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
  • Cancellation will prevent future payments but will not normally result in a refund of payments already taken for the current billing period.
  • Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

The Power Plant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, severe weather or circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, clients will be offered an alternative session or a refund where appropriate.
